Every manuscript submitted to the Journal is evaluated on the principle of double-blind peer review and is sent to one or several reviewers appointed by the Editorial Board in anonymized form (information about the authors is deleted from the submitted files). When choosing reviewers, the conflict of interests is avoided (reviewers should not be affiliated with the same institution as the author or have published papers in collaboration with the author during the last five years). None of the members of the Editorial Board or any other participants in the publication process is allowed to disclose the Authors’ names to Reviewers before the final decision regarding the publication of the submitted papers. The Editorial Board is committed to observing all accepted ethical standards for scientific publications.
